On Friday 12th September 2025, the Mark Duffy Football School hosted the first-ever Peter Duffy Memorial Ball in aid of Overgate Hospice. Held at The Venue in Barkisland, over 230 members of the MDFS community came together to raise money for this incredible charity.

The event raised a whopping £9,028.31 with all money going straight to Overgate’s Big Build campaign as they look to transform care for those who need it in Calderdale.
