This service is a personalised experience that allows players to receive quality 1-1 time with our team of expert coaches. Each on the pitch session maximizes the amount of touches players get on the ball, and allows our coaches to focus all of their attention on the details surrounding the players execution of the skills being worked on. Each 45 minute session is designed to challenge all players technical, tactical, physical, and psychological understanding of the game.
As part of this immersive experience, players will take part in a weekly mindset session, to help transform the way they think about the game and their daily habits. The program familiarises our participants with the mental tools that will help to accelerate their development in all aspects of their lives. Participants will walk away from this part of the experience no longer content with average results, but with the confidence and knowledge to act in order to step up in life on and off the pitch.
On top of the sessions above, your child will also be able to join us on the pitch at MDFS Group Sessions for their relevant age group each week. This can be up to five groups a week and is the perfect platform to put into practise what has been learnt from the 1-1 grass session and mindset training.
To further enhance your child’s development, once every six weeks your child’s assigned coach will personally come and watch them play for their grassroots club. Detailed feedback will provided as well as observations on strengths and weaknesses and how these can be linked back into the weekly sessions.
